Cancellations & No Shows
Each of our artists represents their own business with their own set of pricing and policies for cancellations and no shows, as well as service adjustments. Please contact your stylist directly to discuss questions and concerns.
Pets
We wish we could invite your pets into the salon, but they are prohibited by Ohio’s State Board of Cosmetology. If you need a puppy fix, stop in to see our little Junie who has an exemption to hang out and spread smiles. Service animals are always welcome. State law prohibits therapy/emotional support animals.
Product Return/Exchange
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from 4th Gen, please bring it back to the salon within 7 days with your receipt. If your product is unopened, we will be happy to issue a refund. If your product is open and at least 90% full, you may exchange it for a different product of equal or lesser value or pay the difference to receive a more expensive product. We are not responsible for products purchased directly from your artist. Hair brushes and tools are final sale.
Children
We care about your kids! For that reason, children are welcome in the salon only when they are receiving a service. Salon environments can be hazardous due to the many sharp instruments, hot tools and chemicals used. Safety is a top priority.
Personal Items
We want you to have the absolute best experience at 4th Gen, but realize accidents can happen. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss of any belongings, including clothing. For that reason, consider wearing a shirt that’s maybe not your favorite to your next color appointment and leave any valuables at home.
